I'm bACK!Aight kiDS, after almost a year of having this site shut down, I have returned!
I was in a good place for a while, these thoughts didn't obsess my mind so much, but now they're back and better than ever, so here we are~. While I was gone, a friend of mine was kicked out of school for their ED, so I gotta be really careful to keep this on the DL, y'know? Hopefully I can do that even with my school seeing our screens 24/7. Ah well, I'm at a healthy weight at the moment anyway. Actually, I'd gotten down to 106 before going to my parents' for the weekend. Now I'm 111.5, oof. But hey! Since I'm basically starting out again, it'll be much easier to keep track, eh? So new stuff I've been doing! Diet Pepsi Is a m a z i n g I love the taste and it does work really well as an appetite suppressant. Coffee works really really well to, but I can't handle it straight without upchucking. I recently got a pretty new notebook now that I log all my calories, fat, carbs, and sugar in, but I've been using MyFitnessPal all the time. I also made one of those oh-so handy Ana boxes just today, actually. I'll try to remember to upload pictures later, or maybe I just will on Tumblr. Which, if I haven't already said, is coconutplatform.tumblr.com. That's the main one, I think I'll try to make a new contact page with all of my sub-tumblrs as well. I think that's all for now!

A System!I created this system a while ago, but I never thought to share it, so here it is.
Get a couple of jars and a bag of pretty marbles or those glass aquarium rocks. One jar will be good and the other will be bad. The set of rules vary, but mine include things like: -putting a stone in the bad jar for every 100 calories I consumed -putting 3 stones in the good jar whenever I don't go to the cafeteria and skip a meal -putting 2 stones in the good jar for every pot of tea drinken -putting 1 stone in the good jar for every liter of water -5 for every pound Of course, there area lot more rules and each person will have different ones, but those are some examples Also, one jar will always be empty. If you have one stone in the good jar but you do something bad, then you move it to the bad jar and possible add more depending on how bad it was. You should include rewards as well such as: -every 100 stones in the good jar allows you one sugary treat -every 25 is a packet of ramen (only if the previous day or two were strict fasts) Or include allowing yourself to buy clothes and makeup It's also ideal to make the rules stricter after the bad jar has been empty for a while Hello again!Aye there, it's Vinnie.
While I was at my parents' this weekend, they gave me this "Muscle Milk" since they know I have bad eating habits (they don't realize it goes this far, however). It's only 100 calories and is supposed to satisfy hunger, so it should really help in this endeavor! And it has a lot of vitamins and proteins, so I'll still be fairly healthy! In addition to this, I bought some carrots and celery for if I get really hungry. I have high hopes for this week! Happy New Year!Hey guys! I know, it's been a while. Anyway, I won't be able to diet or anything for a little while, I've been at my parents' for holiday. I gained a lot here... I'm at 110. But I'm not going to give up! I keep making the excuse that I'm here, but having to eat isn't an excuse for overeating! I'll do much better once I'm back at the dorm. Anyway, any New Years traditions you guys kept up with? Leave a comment or e-mail me! I know, I knowYo, it's Vinnie. I haven't been here for a while, nor have I been logging my food here. I downloaded MyFitnessPal and have been using that. Besides that, nothing really new. I got a pinterest under the name "Vinyl Garlic" if ya wanna check that out or talk over it. I check that much more than my e-mail. So..Today my dorm is having a thing where everyone eats together and since people here suspect I have a problem with food, I had to eat. We have another thing later too. I think I'm going to fast tomorrow and then afterwards resume the diet. I was able to TU/V/UC everything so far. UPDATE: 11:00 PMSo the dinner/dessert thing just ended. I was able to leave a bit early and TU/V/UC what I consumed. I know that I ate more than I needed to to not be suspicious and I acknowledge that I made another lame excuse. I think instead of fastin just one day I'll do two or fast an extra day and eat my weight another before resuming the diet plan.
Eat Your Weight DietI've realized it's much easier to limit your intake instead of saying that you'll have nothing all day or saying that you'll have as little as possible. Starting today, I'm going to try the eat your weight diet. You can find it here. My current weight is 107 lbs.
More ExcusesI made the excuse for myself that the work I had due in an hour required me to eat. I'm going to my parents' this weekend.... In mandarin class today we were describing other students and someone described me as not fat, but not slim. Fun times.
Good and BadI've been trying to convince myself to get a piece of cake but I can't. This will be good soon, but now I reallllly want cake and can't convince myself to get any.
AlrightIn the cafeteria because my roommate insisted I go with her. They have some really good looking cake. Wish me luck.
Today tooToday I have a huge lecture I need to do so I decided to eat. I already regret it, but I need to do this. I can't get myself to go to the cafeteria. This is bad now, but this development will be great after today.
I caved..I binged again after my roommate suggested we get stuff from the new vending machines, but earlier in the day was quite interesting. Even if I wanted to eat, something was stopping me from doing it. I didn't have to control and stress about it as much as usual. I hope that happens again. I can feel my extra fat.
Another Day, Another Destiny
Well..All of the celery went bad and I cheated.
Back at the dormAnother huge failure. I don't have an exact log, but it seems I consumed on average 4,000 kilocalories Tuesday to today. I gained 3.5 lbs. I'm now about 107.5 lbs, maybe a tad less. I'm going to try a diet of milk, celery and chili peppers for the next week. I won't allow myself any treats, but I might have chocolate milk. I'll lie to that one girl so that she won't make me eat. Wish me luck. UPDATE: 11/30I guess I've failed pretty hard already..

TodayI'm heading to my parents' house for the rest of the week and I'll have to eat. Sorry guys.. I was able to skip breakfast and lunch today, though, without having to sit down with that girl. Also made $5 from tutoring a kid in code.
I screwed up againMy roommate saw the tab open for the chat and I may be screwed. I think I could convince her it's for research in human studies, but we'll have to see. Wish me luck!
I Failed HardHey guys.. it's Vinnie... I binged so much this weekend I can't even begin to imagine how many calories I consumed. There were cookies, cake, fast food, pretzels, goldfish, more cookies..... I'm now 106.5 lbs. Here's today's log. This is one of the days that I'm going to have to eat due to interference.
I've been foundWell, someone figured out that I'm not as hungry as most people and sat me down to make sure I ate. They say we're gonna do it every week, like three times each week. I was able to sneak and toss some of the food, but I can't TU/V/UC because someone is in the bathrooms currently.
Wish me luck. What this isI'm going to start logging my daily food intake and weekly calorie, carb, fat etc intake. If I know this is public to see, it will inspire me to do better. I'll log my weight as well, but I'm not able to weigh myself often since no one in my dorm has a scale. I may record events and whatnot as well. I may decide to code a thing where you guys can log in and update your own intake charts, but I dunno, I'm kind of busy and this is already taking up a lot of my time. Thanks all!
