Rules The most important thing you can have is a set of strict rules that you always follow, no exceptions. Here are mine. 1. Didn't eat breakfast? Can't eat that day. This is because you're more likely to gain weight from eating if it's later in the day. And no, this doesn't mean eat breakfast food at one in the afternoon. 2. If you've been fasting three days, keep going for at least a week. This is because, most often, after three days is when the body starts to conserve food and you'll only gain more weight if you stop fasting then. 3. Don't eat in public. Do you really want all of those people to see how much you eat and how? Awkward! 4. Don't eat in private. You KNOW that if you do you'll binge! 5. Don't eat unless you're offered food 6. Don't eat food you're offered That's rude and greedy. 7. NEVER eat straight out of the package If you do, you'll end up eating more than you realize. Always use a small plate, even if it's just doritos. A small plate makes you think you're eating more as well. Plus the effort of having to get out utensils each time even for the smallest of things may make eating not worth the effort. 8. Follow a [PROCEDURE] if you're going to eat 9. Everything eaten must be purged So don't eat too often, because purging can rot your teeth and your insides. Gross. 10. If you ate spicy food that day, eat nothing else You don't want to have to purge spicy food 11. Never get seconds 12.If you can, spin in circles before eating Or really, anything that will get you dizzy and nauseous
