One of the most important things you can have is a procedure to follow when you're getting hungry. It can vary for each person, but this is mine.
1. Imagine the food you're about to eat as disgusting, oily, yellow fat with thick blue and red veins. Do you really want that to slip down your throat? 2. Pinch stomach to feel the fat. 3. [CHAT] 4. Try to wrap hands around thigh. 5. Touch fingers around wrist and move up arm until fingers can't touch anymore 6. [REMEMBER] 7.[DISTRACTIONS] 8. Drink warm water until nauseous 9. Draw with music (If can't think of anything, draw from fashion magazines) 10. Tie ribbon or wrap bandages tightly around stomach to prevent hunger If you feel like you're about to pass out, do the following 11. Drink milk 12. Eat celery 13. Drink vitamin water (electrolytes!) 14. Eat a spoonful of honey
