Put together a Pinterest with boards for things like Thinspo, meanspo, diet plans, recipes, clothes you'll rock when you're thinner, and more depending on what you want. I also have a board of people I want to be thinner than.

Cold showers and baths burn a lot of calories and are good for your hair. They're also good to wake you up in the morning feeling refreshed. Being cold in general burns calories, so lose a layer or two when going outside.

Don't rely on the scale!
Ideally, you should be judging progress by the mirror than by what your scale says. A change on the scale could be due to dehydration and have no affect on you appearance. The same is true after purging or using the bathroom.
