1. Keep your AC as low as you can!
Being in the cold burns calories! If my roommate is gone for some reason, I like to do this thing where I turn the AC all the way up, play this playlist on repeat, and go to sleep as the room cools so that I sleep through the chilliest temperature and it doesn't keep me from falling asleep. I call it "Chill Time".
2. Double Plant Nanny!
Drink twice as much as the app Plant Nanny tells you to at least, but only include water! Milk, juice, soda, etc., doesn't count!
